The Hot air balloon ride is indeed the most popular fun activity in Cappadocia. Also, the hot air balloon ride is like soaring away in the sky. Literally, not only is the view incredible, but it’s also dreamy, magical, and the experience itself is utmost satisfying, more like standing in the clouds. On the other hand, suppose you don’t want to soar away in the hot air balloons, no problem. Indeed, you can watch the balloons take off and float away. YUM! THE TESTY KEBAB
Lastly, another fun experience is the testy Kebab. It’s essentially a hotpot filled with chicken, lamb or beef with lots of veggies. The Kebab is put inside a clay pot and seal off before cooking. Then, when the meal arrives, the clay pot is knocked open with a hammer. It sounds barbaric, but the testy endgame is worth it!
